Centralized Control for Improved Efficiencies To give operators an easy way to control multiple radio channels, telephones, paging encoders, intercoms, video, and informational assets, Zetron's Radio Dispatch Consoles integrate a complex network of resources into a single system.
Tailored for Any Application Zetron offers communication solutions to a wide-range of private and professional organizations that need a dedicated radio-telephone system to manage resources, coordinate operations, distribute information, and control communications between workgroups.
Unlimited Capacity A central communications control center can be as simple as one operator managing day-to-day operations with field personnel through a single radio dispatch console. A large command and control center can have over a hundred operators tasked with critical communications and force management of thousands of mobile personnel and workgroups.

To most effectively save lives and protect property, public safety agencies need a powerful system that gives call-takers total control over a complex network of informational and communication assets.
Zetron's Integrated E9-1-1 Telephone System and other complementary dispatch products help PSAPs (Public Safety Answering Points) respond to emergencies quickly and accurately, resolve critical compatibility issues, and comply with industry standards -- today and tomorrow.
Zetron's advanced, integrated telephone consoles consolidate the information necessary for effective emergency call-taking, including: E9-1-1 ANI/ALI, Instant Recall Recorder, Telecommunications Device for the Deaf, Management Information System, and external subsystems such as Computer Aided Dispatch and Mapping.
Because Zetron's expertise covers 9-1-1 telephone systems, radio dispatch consoles, paging encoders, instant recall recorders, and fire station alerting systems, a communication center can configure a comprehensive system to handle their unique requirements.
Zetron's mission-critical communication systems meet over 12 industry specifications, including NENA-02-001 "Generic Standards for E9-1-1 PSAP Equipment.
Voice Over IP
Voice over IP services are growing at a rapid pace, presenting a challenge to the existing 9-1-1 network ill-equipped to handle 9-1-1 calls from an IP phone. The industry plans to address this situation with a three phase approach called i1, i2, and i3.
Zetron fully supports i1 and i2 today and is actively involved in, and fully committed to, supporting i3. Zetron will continue to maintain its reputation for delivering reliable, mission critical solutions in the VoIP enabled 9-1-1 infrastructure of the future.

Trunked radio systems are used whenever a large number of mobile radios need to share radio frequencies. They are used by local government and industry to operate private systems. They are also operated by public service providers who install system infrastructure and sell airtime on the system.
In a trunked radio network, a large number of workgroups can share fewer channels because the trunking equipment dynamically allocates an available channel when users key their radio.
Large organizations that establish their own dedicated radio network typically select a trunked radio scheme because of advanced features, prviate calls, wide-area dispatch, economical infrastructure, and more efficient use of radio spectrum.
Trunked radio system operators cover a spectrum of companies from operations that serve a local region to international companies competing with cellular service.
Zetron's trunked radio products provide uniquely flexible solutions to meet the demand for cost-effective trunked radio communications supporting most commonly used trunking formats.
Zetron's trunking equipment is capable of handling common domestic and international trunking applications, and is designed for single site applications or for multi-site applications over a wide area.
Trunked Mobile Radio offers greater airtime efficiency in multichannel systems. Compared with a number of conventional single channel systems, a trunked system is more efficient, simpler to use, and less likely to be busy.

SCADA
Alarm Processors
Wireless Telemetry
| Recognized as the most significant automation tool for managing the monitoring, alarming, and control of remote equipment and processes, SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) is an operational tool that maximizes efficiencies and minimizes costs.
Zetron's SCADA system incorporates wireless communications to eliminate leased-line charges, reduce cabling and conduit costs, and improve personnel productivity.
|
By interfacing with sensors that monitor conditions, actuators that can adjust processes and intelligent equipment such as Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). Alarm Processors send alert messages to key personnel upon detection of an alarm condition. Messages can be text pages or voice messages sent by radio or telephone. Zetron Alarm Processors allow personnel to send DTMF codes that instruct Alarm Processors to control switches, transducers, or relays. For operations that require timely action, Alarm Processors are an ideal way to alert maintenance personnel.
|
As a wireless conduit, Zetrons Telemetry system provides point-to-point or multi-point-to-multi-point monitoring without the cost of dedicated, leased telephone lines. A remote Telemetry device continuously collects status information about the remote equipment and forwards it to a central Telemetry device. The central Telemetry device transfers the data to monitoring devices, chart recorders, data loggers, etc. Zetrons telemetry system is bi-directional, so control commands can be sent back through the Telemetry system to control remote equipment.
